Terms of Use
These terms govern your use of FootIQ. Please read them carefully; by creating an account you accept them.

1. Who we are
FootIQ (footiqai.com) is operated by Footiqai, (not yet provided). Contact: (not yet provided).
2. The service
FootIQ provides statistical football analysis: probability-based predictions for football matches, match statistics, live scores and related information, produced by statistical models and reviewed by an AI model. FootIQ does not accept bets, process wagers, operate a sportsbook, facilitate betting transactions or give financial or investment advice.
3. No guarantee of outcomes
Predictions are estimates of probability. Football results are uncertain, and every prediction can be wrong, including those shown with high confidence. Past results, including those on our track record, do not guarantee future results. We do not promise any outcome, win rate or financial return. Any decision you make using FootIQ is your own responsibility.
4. Eligibility and accounts
- You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding agreement.
- Provide accurate information and a permanent email address you control; disposable email addresses are not accepted. You must verify your email address.
- Keep your password confidential. Accounts are personal and may not be shared, sold or transferred.
- Tell us without delay if you suspect unauthorised use of your account.
5. Free and Premium
A free account includes the features described as free on the pricing page. Premium adds the features described there. We may change which features belong to each plan; if a change materially reduces a paid subscription, we will tell you in advance and you may cancel.
6. Subscriptions, payment and renewal
- Premium is a subscription sold and billed through Whop, our payment provider. Payment is made on Whop's checkout under Whop's terms. We do not receive or store your card details.
- The price and billing period are shown before you pay. Taxes may be added depending on your location.
- Subscriptions renew automatically for the same period at the then-current price until you cancel.
- If a renewal payment fails, Premium may continue for a short grace period while payment is retried; if it still fails, the subscription ends.
- We may change prices for future periods with at least 30 days' notice by email; you may cancel before the new price applies.
7. Cancellation
You can cancel at any time in Account (or through Whop's billing page). Cancellation stops the next renewal; you keep Premium until the end of the period you already paid for. Deleting your account also stops the renewal.
8. Right of withdrawal and refunds
If you are a consumer in the EU or the UK, you have the right to withdraw from a new subscription within 14 days of the contract without giving a reason. To withdraw, send us a clear statement (for example by email). If you asked for Premium to start during the withdrawal period, we may deduct an amount proportionate to the service provided until you withdrew. We refund within 14 days using the original payment method via Whop.
Otherwise, fees for periods already started are not refunded, except where required by law or where we decide to make a goodwill refund. Your statutory rights are not affected.
9. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- copy, resell, republish or redistribute Premium predictions or analysis (for example in paid or public tipster channels) without our written permission;
- access the service with bots, scrapers or other automated means, or overload it;
- circumvent the paywall, security measures, rate limits or bot checks, or test our systems for vulnerabilities without permission;
- create accounts in bulk, use false identities or disposable email addresses, or share your account;
- reverse engineer the service except where the law allows it;
- use the service for anything unlawful, or in breach of the gambling laws that apply to you.
10. AI-generated analysis
Parts of the analysis are reviewed or written with the help of an AI model. AI output can be inaccurate or incomplete. It is provided as information only and should not be relied on as the sole basis for any decision.
11. Football data and third-party content
Fixtures, results, statistics and odds come from third-party data providers and may contain errors or delays. Team and competition names and logos belong to their respective owners and are used for identification only; FootIQ is not affiliated with any club, league or bookmaker.
12. Intellectual property
The FootIQ software, design, texts, models, predictions and analysis are protected by intellectual property rights. We grant you a personal, non-transferable, revocable right to use the service for your own private purposes under these terms.
13. Availability and changes
We aim for FootIQ to be available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Maintenance, provider outages or data delays can occur. We may change or discontinue features; for paid features we will give reasonable notice where the change is material.
14. Suspension and termination
You may stop using FootIQ and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or close an account that seriously or repeatedly breaches these terms, or where the law requires it; where appropriate we will warn you first. If we close a paid account without a breach on your part, we refund the unused part of the current period.
15. Disclaimer
Except as expressly stated in these terms and to the extent permitted by law, the service is provided "as is" and without warranties of accuracy, completeness or fitness for a particular purpose. In particular we do not warrant that predictions will be correct.
16. Limitation of liability
We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence, for injury to life, body or health, and where liability cannot be limited by law (including mandatory product liability and consumer protection laws). For slight negligence we are liable only for breaches of essential contractual obligations and limited to the damage typically foreseeable at the time of the contract. We are not liable for losses from betting, trading or other decisions you make based on the service. Where the law of your country does not allow these limitations, they apply only to the extent permitted.
17. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms for valid reasons, such as changes to the service or the law. We will notify you of material changes by email at least 30 days before they take effect. If you do not agree, you may cancel before then; continued use after the effective date means you accept the new terms.
18. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the country in which the operator is established. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live, and you may bring proceedings in the courts there. Please contact us first; most issues can be solved quickly.
19. Language
These terms are available in English, German and Arabic. If versions differ, the English version prevails, unless mandatory law in your country requires otherwise.
