Over/Under goals predictions
Over/under markets ask whether a match will have more or fewer goals than a line such as 1.5 or 2.5.

Reading the line
"Over 1.5 goals" needs at least two goals; "over 2.5" needs at least three. Lines end in .5 so a match can never land exactly on them.
From expected goals to over/under
If the teams are expected to score 1.5 and 1.2 goals, the total is about 2.7. The models turn this into the probability of every total: the chance of at least two goals in such a match is typically around 75–80%, of at least three around 50%.
Half-based goal markets
FootIQ also predicts "a goal in the 1st half" and "a goal in the 2nd half". These use each team's typical split of goals between the halves (second halves usually have more goals).
